¼ cup brown sugar

Prep Instructions:
Add the chicken thighs to a lidded container or zip- top bag.
In a bowl, stir together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder. Pour the mixture over the chicken, then use tongs to toss the chicken in the marinade until all of the thighs are coated. Label “Soy- Ginger Chicken Thighs,” and store in the fridge.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF. Add the chicken thighs in a single layer directly in the air fryer basket or on the baking sheet of an air fryer oven, lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, and air fry for 15 minutes, until they are cooked through and browned.
