πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ The Essential Instant Pot Cookbook Recipe Key! πŸ“•

January 6, 2018 by Coco Morante 11 Comments

Dear Readers,

I hope you are having a happy, healthy year so far!

In this first week of 2018, I know so many of us are looking to reset our habits and make choices that set the tone for the new year. To make things a little easier, I made a diet-friendly recipe key for the Essential Instant Pot Cookbook!Β It outlines which recipes are vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and gluten free, with substitutions and omissions where they’re needed.

Last week after I typed out a quick guide over on theΒ Instant Pot Recipes facebook page, readerΒ Mary Lee asked for a version that lived in a blog post, so it was easy to bookmark and find later. I thought it was an awesome idea, and so did my publisher. The design team at Ten Speed Press made a beautiful, printable resource for you to use with my cookbook, and I’m happy to share it with you today!

You can view the handy, printer-friendly PDF here.Β Click on the link to view and bookmark it in your browser, or right-click to download the file. It’s printable too, so you can tuck it into your cookbook or post it on the fridge.

Happy cooking, Everyone! ☺️

-Coco

I just ordered your book and am a insta-newbie. Not sure whether you have veggie enchiladas, cream of artichoke soup, or date & ginger tea (can you make tea in an instant pot?)
