What a great roundup! Seeing these makes me think about how much easier it is to get kids cooking now. I remember trying to triple a cookie recipe from an old book, only to realize I had no idea how to convert grams to ounces correctly. Speaking of conversions, I recently stumbled upon a super handy kilograms to stones converter that would have saved me a lot of grief back then with all those British recipes!

Anthony, I totally agree about how much easier it is now! I tried to make a soufflé from Julia Child when I was maybe 10 and it was a disaster because I didn’t understand all the terminology. On a related note, if anyone needs to quickly create citations for school papers, I’ve found a great APA citation generator that saves a ton of time.
