- 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt-packed capers well-rinsed and drained
- 5 oil-packed anchovy fillets drained
- 1 5-ounce can water-packed tuna (Safecatch or other brand), drained
- 1/2 cup Mason Jar Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
